Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and Mahjong222 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "Mahjong222"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://mahjong222.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content offered therein.

Mahjong222 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Malaysian players. Our services include but are not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, sports betting, in-play wagering, and related entertainment products accessible via the Mahjong222 website and mobile interface.

By creating an account, accessing the Mahjong222 platform, placing any wager, or making any deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. Account Eligibility

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.2.1 Access to the Mahjong222 platform is intended for eligible players. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you operate.

3.2.2 Mahjong222 does not warrant that the services offered on the Platform are legal, appropriate, or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players in Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Platform.

3.3 Single Account Rule

3.3.1 Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Mahjong222 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, device identities, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3.2 Where duplicate Accounts are identified, Mahjong222 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, confiscate any winnings or Bonus Funds held in those Accounts, and permanently ban the associated User from the Platform.

Registration & Accounts

4.1 Registration Process

4.1.1 To use the Mahjong222 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a valid Malaysian payment method for identity and payment purposes.

4.1.2 You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

4.2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2.2 You must notify Mahjong222 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials. Mahjong222 shall not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

4.3.1 Mahjong222 is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts. This process includes but is not limited to verification of identity (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address, and payment method ownership verification.

4.3.2 Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Mahjong222 reserves the right to decline withdrawals until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.1.1 Mahjong222 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u (FPX), CIMB Clicks (FPX), Public Bank Online (FPX), Hong Leong Connect (FPX), DuitNow instant transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and standard bank transfer via FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Supported payment methods are subject to change; current options are always displayed at the point of deposit.

5.1.2 All transactions on the Mahjong222 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made via Malaysian payment channels.

5.2 Deposit Limits

5.2.1 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. As a general guideline, the minimum deposit via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) is RM10, and the minimum deposit via FPX bank transfer is RM30. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.2.2 Mahjong222 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges; Mahjong222 accepts no responsibility for any such third-party fees.

5.3 Deposit Integrity

5.3.1 You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Where third-party deposits are identified, the funds will be returned to the source account and the User Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

6.1.1 Withdrawals may only be requested by Users who have completed KYC verification, met all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds, and have an Account in good standing with no outstanding disputes or security flags.

6.1.2 Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified payment method registered under the User's name. Mahjong222 reserves the right to require additional payment verification before processing any withdrawal.

6.2 Processing Times

6.2.1 Mahjong222 targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from the time the withdrawal request is approved internally:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay / DuitNow: Typically 5–30 minutes.
• FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours.
• Manual Bank Transfer: Up to 1 business day.

6.2.2 Processing times stated above are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to banking system maintenance, public holidays, KYC review requirements, or security checks. Mahjong222 accepts no liability for delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

6.3.1 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day, and vary by payment method and Account tier. The minimum withdrawal is generally RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.1.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered on the Mahjong222 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion. These promotion-specific terms supplement and should be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

7.1.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• One bonus offer per person, household, IP address, and payment method, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the required number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The maximum bet per round or hand whilst using Bonus Funds is RM250, unless a higher limit is expressly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue).
• Mahjong222 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.2.1 Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be bet before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement means you must place total bets of RM1,500 before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

7.2.2 Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Abuse of Bonuses

7.3.1 Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated systems — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

Gameplay Rules

8.1 All casino games on the Mahjong222 platform are governed by their individual Game Rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

8.2 All games offered on the Mahjong222 platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined by this RNG system and are not subject to manipulation by Mahjong222, game studio providers, or Users.

8.3 In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or data corruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Mahjong222 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return all wagers placed during that period to the relevant Account(s). Mahjong222 shall not be liable for any expected or anticipated winnings in connection with voided rounds.

8.4 Winnings from casino games will be credited to your Account balance immediately upon the completion of each game round, net of any applicable deductions as specified in the Game Rules.

Sports Betting Rules

9.1 All sports betting markets on the Mahjong222 platform, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other sports markets, are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each event as published on the Platform.

9.2 Odds are subject to change prior to settlement. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time your bet is confirmed and accepted by the Mahjong222 system. Mahjong222 reserves the right to decline or restrict betting on any market at its sole discretion.

9.3 In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Mahjong222 accepts no responsibility for bets placed on incorrect odds arising from data feed errors or delayed information. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided.

9.4 Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, settlement rules will be applied in accordance with the applicable market rules. Generally, bets on events postponed for more than 24 hours will be voided and stakes returned.

9.5 Mahjong222 operates a maximum payout limit per bet and per day across all sports betting markets. These limits are stated within the sports betting section of the Platform and are subject to change.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Mahjong222 platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may be subject to legal action:

1. Creating or operating multiple Accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
2. Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
3. Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of odds errors or platform vulnerabilities.
4. Colluding with other Users, third parties, or Mahjong222 employees for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
5. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
6. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of Account use.
7. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
8. Engaging in chargebacks, payment fraud, or any attempt to reverse legitimately processed deposits.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing Mahjong222 staff or other Users via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

12.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

12.3 Any unauthorised use of Mahjong222's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

13.1 The Mahjong222 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mahjong222 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13.2 Mahjong222 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in odds or game outcomes, except where such losses arise directly from Mahjong222's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

13.3 Mahjong222's total aggregate liability to any User under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination

14.1 You may close your Mahjong222 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Account closure will be processed after any pending withdrawal requests are settled and outstanding KYC requirements are met. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

14.2 Mahjong222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligations.

14.3 Upon termination of an Account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity), Mahjong222 reserves the right to forfeit any Funds, including real-money balances and Bonus Funds, held in the Account at the time of closure. Winnings derived from prohibited conduct are not eligible for withdrawal.

Governing Law

15.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Mahjong222's operating jurisdiction as determined by its licensing authority.

15.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration forum as designated under Mahjong222's regulatory framework.

Amendments

16.1 Mahjong222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

16.2 Your continued use of the Mahjong222 platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
